Vasodilator pumps:-

This is indeed considered as a simple and noninvasive treatment for erectile dysfunction. This is an airtight tube which is placed over the penis before intercourse. These tubes are attached to the pump that withdraws air flow from the tube and creates a partial vacuum that encourages penis to become engorged with blood. The constricted ring is then placed at the base of the penis preventing blood from flowing back out. The vacuum pump is highly effective with men who find it cumbersome and inconvenient.

Oral medication for erectile dysfunction:-

There are three basic kinds of oral medication for erectile dysfunction. These are like sildenafil or Viagra, vardenafil or levitra and tadalafil or cialis. These are not produced in absence of sexual stimulation. When normally sexual arousal increases levels of substance called the cyclic guanosine monophosphate in the penis.

Vasodilators:-

These are a kind of medication that helps expands the blood vessels and permit penis to become engorged with blood. The most common ones are alprostadil and many others like papaverine and phentolamine.

Surgeries:-

These are vacuum devices that are attached to the system which are like external plastic cylinder and vacuum pump. This function pulls blood into the penis and causes erection. Sometimes men need to place a kind of elastic ring around the base of the penis causing prevention of blood from flowing back into the body.

Other than that any one suffering from erectile dysfunction can opt for penile implants which are used for those patients who don’t respond well to other treatments.
